50 minute Pilates Live Online Class

You deserve to feel great every day!

Join me for a blend of low impact HIIT, corrective exercises, and classical Pilates infused with Reiki Healing energy! Re-energize, replenish, and rebalance. You will feel GREAT after this class - not beat up!

We start with about 10 minutes of low impact high intensity interval training so wear your sneakers or athletic shoes.

You must be able to get onto and off the floor for this class.

If your balance is a problem, use your judgement and hold onto a counter for standing work. Keep yourself safe!

If you have osteoporosis, talk to your health care provider before participating in this class. He or she may recommend you avoid all spinal flexion ("c curve") positions and stay flat.

You are in charge of keeping your body safe.

What you need for class:

  • A laptop, tablet, or phone and good internet connection.
  • Thick Pilates mat or 2 yoga matts stacked together (this one's a definite)
  • Magic circle
  • 9" soft Pilates ball
  • 5+ foot exercise stretch band (maybe longer if you're tall or long legged)
  • Yoga strap or stretch out strap or dog leash
  • A dining type chair, counter, dresser, or wall you can access with about 6 feet of space behind you
  • A pillow or bath towel to help support positions if you have a lot of stiffness or restrictions
