30 Minute Pilates Express: Standing Workout

Take a break from sitting and get ready to energize your entire body in just 30 minutes!

We'll use the Magic Circle and light weights to work your entire body from head to toe!

If you are challenged by balance you will want to have a stable chair, counter, or wall handy so you can hold on as much as necessary but as little as possible.
