If you have other special medical considerations, it is important for you to understand if there is any position or activity that your health care provider has suggested you should avoid. If you do not feel confident in this knowledge, a few private sessions can be really helpful. Always keep in mind that although this is a guided workout, YOU are in charge of YOUR body!
