Life's more fun when you feel great!

If you've been struggling with chronic or unexplained pain there's still hope, even if it feel's like you've tried everything.

Meet Angela Marciano McCarthy,

Physical Therapist, Myofascial Release Practitioner, Pilates Teacher, & Reiki Master

Whether your feeling meh; battling various and sundry nagging aches and pains that start up anytime you try to increase your activity; or struggling to over come chronic or unexplained pain - you're in the right place if you're ready to live with more vitality and start really enjoying life!

My name is Angela Marciano McCarthy and I've been helping people just like you to build strength and confidence in their bodies so they can get out there and do the things they enjoy with the people they love.

How do we do it?

TOGETHER!

We'll work together as a team because YOU are the expert in you're body.

I'll bring my expertise and over 30 years of experience helping people just like you.

I'm a magna cum laude graduate physical therapy of Northeastern University, but that's not all!

I LOVED my undergraduate education and I learned so much, but I've spent countless hours and thousands of dollars on advanced training to help my clients get the best results.

I'm working on a page where you can bore yourself to sleep reading all of my additional trainings if you're into that sort of thing, but the in case you're looking for something specific I list a few things I use a lot with every client:

John Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR)

Neuromuscular Therapy and manual trigger point release

Joint Mobilization

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Faciliation (PNF)

Corrective Exercises

Pilates

Meditation

Reiki

Client education

and SO MUCH MORE!

I am here to help fill the gap for you if

  • Keep trying to exercise or get back to running or whatever, only to end up with shin splints or plantar fascitis or back pain - you name it, I've seen it happen!

  • Find yourself quitting your favorite activities because you're "getting old" and troubled by nagging aches and pains

  • Recovering from injury or surgery and have been discharged from physical therapy but you know you're not ready to get back to the activities you really love yet

  • Have had a baby at least 6 weeks ago (but maybe it's been years!) and you don't feel quite right since.

  • Want to start NOW with a regular exercise program, the antidote to every day life, to help you stay strong, flexible, confident, and centered as you age.

You can join me for live online or recorded classes and workshops from anywhere in the world!

If you're living in or visiting Beverly, the greater Boston area, or New England you can book your myofascial release physical therapy session at www.nemfr.com

I'm so glad you found your way here and I can't wait to meet you!!

    XOX,

    Angela

    Beverly, Massachusetts.
